Pending / In Process does not mean issued or active. Any license, permit, or airport authorization currently being processed will be identified as pending until officially issued and verified. Limazon Transportation will update its website when applicable credentials become active.

Prohibited Conduct

Our chauffeurs are expected to maintain appropriate licenses and certifications, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols at all times.

For everyone's safety, Limazon maintains strict policies regarding chauffeur conduct:

• Chauffeurs may not drive while impaired by alcohol or any substance. • Illegal drug use or distribution is strictly prohibited. • Violence, harassment, or any form of disrespectful conduct is unacceptable.

Vehicles with any safety or mechanical concerns are immediately removed from service until properly addressed, ensuring passenger security and comfort.

Airport Transportation

Limazon provides reliable pre-arranged transportation to and from DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field. All airport services are subject to applicable airport rules and regulations, ensuring smooth and compliant transfers for our clients.

Privacy & Lost Property

Customer information is used solely for service provision and is never sold to third parties. Your data privacy is paramount to us.

If an item is left in one of our vehicles, we will make every reasonable effort to return it to its rightful owner. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge or no refund at all. • No-shows at the pickup location are non-refundable.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Full payment details are provided upon reservation confirmation.
