Cancellation Terms & Guidelines

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge or no refund at all. • No-shows at the scheduled pickup location are strictly non-refundable.

#3 Safety & Chauffeur Standards

#4 Prohibited Conduct

Chauffeurs must maintain valid commercial driving licenses and comply strictly with traffic laws. Vehicles showing any mechanical or safety concern are immediately removed from active service until resolved.

Driving while impaired by alcohol or controlled substances is strictly forbidden. Illegal drug use or distribution and any violent or abusive behavior result in immediate service termination.

Limazon provides pre-arranged service to DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field, adhering strictly to official airport staging and pick-up rules.

We are dedicated to providing respectful, accessible, non-discriminatory service to all clients and passengers across all chauffeured engagements.

Passenger information is used solely for service fulfillment—we never sell customer data. Left property is logged and held for prompt recovery.
